Consultaion
Meeting with client to confirm the overall brifing, budget, style and delivery requirement, understand clients' specifically expectation and overall objective. During this stage, we will provide, which includes;

Mood board, on which the client can visualise the style and direction of the design

Colour palette, which is used to determine the customer's preferred tone

Non-structural spatial planning

Return brief

Concept Design
Based upon clients' approval of the return brief, the designer will start with concept design. During this stage, we will provide, which includes;

Concept board, showing the client the overall feeling and theme of the space more clearly (up to 2 free iterations)

Selection of fittings (handles, taps, etc.), fixtures (sinks, toilets, baths, etc.), finishes (wall treatments, countertops, joinery cabinet types, etc.), appliances/equipment (cooker hoods, hobs, ovens, etc.) and furniture (kitchen stools, sofas, wall art, etc.)

Design Development
Based upon clients' approval of the concept design, we will start with design development. During this stage, we will provide, which includes;

FFE schedule

3D visualisation of the main bedroom and kitchen area, which shows the overall effect of the design to client more visually

Provide joinery design

Presentation for client review and approval
